* **Responsibilities:**
As a Banksman Slinger, your main responsibilities will include:
- Directing and guiding crane operations to ensure safe and efficient lifting practices
- Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborating with crane operators and site teams to achieve smooth and effective operations
- Conducting pre-shift safety checks and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Implementing appropriate safety measures to minimize risk and prevent accidents
- Communicating effectively with site personnel to ensure compliance with site rules and regulations
- Maintaining records and documentation in accordance with company policies
- Participating in regular safety training sessions and enforcing best practices on site.

All candidates must hold a valid CPCS card and experience working as a Banksman Slinger in a construction environment.
